FEEDING CENTER

We started a children's feeding center in 2016 twice a week with only 9 kids. By God's provision we are now up to four days a week with 130 kids this is the good news.  But let me tell y'all about the bad news as well, once we moved to Guatemala in 2016 we started a feeding center in San Mateo after 4 or 5 month sadly we had a disagreement with the person that was lending us their place where the feeding center was. His idea of serving and helping others was for personal gain and we didn't believe the same things.  Therefore, we came to the conclusion that the best move was to find another place to serve and guess what..... yes the same day God put in our path a pastor and a place to serve and start the feeding center again.  Sadly we lost the 40 kids and their families that we were serving, the friendship we thought we had with this person and hardest part the UNITY that we broke because our differences.

Francis Chan wrote in his book UNITY, "Jesus died to pay for our divisiveness and to lead us toward unity." Now God has united us with 130 kids and pastors and his wife that love to serve their community and God. We think it is important to tell this story to be able to see how God works and moves even through our lack of knowledge because in our weaknesses He is strong.
